Are the $10 iridium plugs worth it???

I was having starting probs, so I changed the plugs to irridium ones, bikes runs nice, and I'm getting better fuel economy, before the reserve light was coming on about 250kms, now it comes on at 270kms, and still uses the same amount of fuel to fill. I believe the plugs will last longer too!

Check your book to see what's spec'd (standard or iridium). Tried iridium in my 2k s3 (which is spec'd for standard) and it ran poorly. Hope this helps (there's alot of plug threads btw).
