Anyway, I've been thinking about this question for a bit.

The Daytona is a very rare bike at the bike nights (ie Me).
Almost always someone will tell me "I've seen one out near......"
So please, if you see this. I'd like to meet ya or just say hi.

Desmo, you don't happen to come through from time to time do you? I keep seeing a newer black Daytona but I'm always headed the opposite direction.

Last summer I'd hit Country Club rd from Greenville ave / HWY 5.
Out to 78 then back to Parker up to 75.
I live on Custer rd between 121 and 380 here in Mckinney.
I'd love to get us together and hit some bike nights.

Do you get to any bike nights in your area? I go to the Two Wheeled Texans http://www.twtex.com/ meets on Thursdays on Preston rd in Plano. Weather permited...

Or the Sonic bike night on North West Highway. Thats a bit crazy, but fun.

Anyway, my bike is down at the moment. I discovered some cracked screw tabs on my plastics while mounting a new set of turn signals. Working to get that fixed now.

Thats cool. I come from the dirt bike crowd myself. I havent ridden dirt in probably 17 years. This is my second sportbike. I've been kicking around buying another dirt bike. Do you still ride dirt?

i just sold a 06 crf250r to go the street so far im lovin it i raced mx and last couple of years xc retired for now.

Not a 955 but I have had a Speed Four in McKinney for the last two years, but I just decided to keep it with me in Downtown Dallas. Nice to see other from the area though, it is much more fun to ride in McKinney than Dallas.

Yeah I like it, grew up a little north of McKinney. There are some nice places to ride.
