Hello,
1998 (update) rider.
Live on Brissie southside.
Just got back from SBK08 at Phillip Island.
Rode the Daytona down and came back via the Snowies.

hello griffo
hello griffo, hammer from tassy here. about 15 minutes from devonport, small coastal town called shearwater. i have just turned 50 and got myself a 98 t595... wife says its mid life crisis. anyway, i am new to this site as well but find it very helpfull. i have a couple of issues with my bike at the moment, firstly its a bit noisy on cold starts and i have to give it a bit of throttle on cold starts or it will stall. i am not sure if this is the norm or it may be time for a check up. anyway hope you enjoy the site. welcome...ps. just did my first long ride with about 33 other bikes around tassy, just over 1000 km in 2 days, from home via east coast to hobart for the night and then back the west coast via queenstown and the cradle link road, great ride.

Yeah griffo.
We were at the end of the main straight watching Mr Squiggle (for all the yanks - McCoy) scream through the field.
Didn't the 675 sound good?
Pity he fried the rear tyre.
Now he just needs to finish in the other races!
