I don't have a problem with mine, yet. Seems like my hands or wrists or shoulders get uncomfortable before my butt does.

I bought the Triumph gel seat, which reduces fatique on the long rides.

i installed a gel pad also $55. when i had the seat recovered. it is much more comfortable but it changed my ride height which took some getting used to.

I fitted a Corbin seat to my '00. It cured the nut-busting slide forward on the OEM seat. The downside was having to send it back for additional customizing. I'm vertically challenged and I found that narrowing the front allowed more than my toes to touch down. The seat has less cushion than the OEM and it's much wider at the back (What do you expect from people who cater to Harley riders?) My wrists, neck & shoulders feel a lot worse after a long freeway ride than anything else does.

Sargent is releasing a new seat for 02 and up S3 and daytona. I preregistered for one at the web site. I guess you get a little discount and they notify you when the seats are ready for production. Ive heard they will be releasing it at daytona bike week..........kevf
