I've seen on other makes of bikes its possible to make the brake light and turn signal all one. Is there a kit for this? More specifically, is there one for Triumphs?

I think this place has what you're looking for: http://www.hightechspeed.com/products.shtml

They have some for Triumph, even though they don't list them on their website.

I just bought a tail light integrator kit from Chaparrel for my 98 T595. I have not installed it yet but plan on doing it this weekend. It cost $50.99 with tax and shipping and the part number for it is L400-1000. You can check it out at WWW.CHAPARRALMOTORSPORTS.COM

this may not suit some peoples taste but the cheapest alternative that i know of is to buy a trailer light kit at your local auto parts store. i bought mine for $14. and put it on in about an hour. i took of the stock rear side markers at the same time and wired the brake light to blink. works like a charm.

I wish that I had some pics I'll have to borrow a camera.

Basically it takes a two bulb tail light and integrates the turn signals into it. For example if you turn your right signal on the right bulb blinks and the left bulb retains its normal function of the brake light and vice versa. You can use it with the stock turn signals or you can completely remove the turn signals.

I have opted for the clean look and removed the turn signals so it looks like there is only a tail light. You could go with the fender eliminator kit and really clean the back end up. The guy I bought my bike from had already cut some of the plastis up so I just finished up the job and all that is left is enough to hold the tag witch doesn't look to bad for the price of being free. You should be able to see the rear of the bike in my photos I just took off the flush mount lights that were there.

I hope that I answered your questions.
