t595 quitting while rideing!!!!!!!!!

Has anyone had trouble with there bikes just diying while riding?

I just had the 24K service done and now the bike shuts off after about 25 miles or so. Sometimes it starts right up and other times all the lights come on and stay on but the headlight then I have to unhook the battery to basically reset the computer.

Does this mean my computer is messed up???????????????????????????

I checked under the seat for loose relays, fueses, and conections.

This is the first trouble I have had with this bike...

Come on guys I really need input here.......

I'm not trying to be an a$$ here but I called the local Triumph dealer here in Wichita and asked if they could run a diagnotic of the bike and when they found out that I take the bike to KC for regular tune ups they told me it would cost me $150 bucks just to check it....

I had a friend call and ask about haveing a Speed triple checked and they told him it would cost him a half hour, so about $35 bucks.....***......

Any thoughts would be helpfull.......................................... ..........

Not sure I can give you much help, but from what I know of the carborated models I would wonder about interrupted fuel flow. Don't know if the FI models have a tip-over valve, but since it occurred right after service I would pull the tank and look for kinked/misrouted fuel lines. Also run it till it dies then quickly pop the top on the tank, and listen for a vacuum. I could see where low fuel flow might trip an error in the ECU and cause it to want to reset.

This is all just sheer speculation on my part thought.

Carbeurated? T595s are fuel injected. Not that that really helps nyolds...

Uh, did you actually read my post? It clearly states that I don't know if this applies to FI models, but no one else had responded.

I just need to check under the tank because they had it off anyways. They could have pinched the return hose or a wire. There no telling.

Check the crank pos. sensor. Mine would just shut off or "jump", but mine always started right back up. Until this last time.........
