I just had my ecu programmed for the triumph high mount. Now when I try to start it, it takes 3 to 4 attempts before it turns over and some times will stall before kicking in to normal idle. Is this common or did they not use the right program ? :???:

Ansky, For the 955i Daytonas the combination of E10 gasoline and one of the TOR tunes creates a hard cold start situation. Works pretty well in the winter when the blend is different.

I deleted that other post, and no worries. I do the same thing once in awhile.

Thanks Techman!

There's got to be something we can do to fix this problem.

There is. Don't get a generic set of EFI parameters installed by a dealer. The better, but more expensive, way to go is to go to a reputable shop with a dyno, and get a custom map.

Would you be able to create a custom map with a tuneboy or are you uploading pre-sets like a dealer would?
