Does enyone have frame sliders fitted to a '97, '98, 99 tona that they didn't have to do any cutting or drilling for, what brand and are they any good??? Thanks...

Sky King makes slider for a Daytona. I have their sliders for an '05 and they fit fine without any cutting of your fairings. The picture on their website for the '97-'01 Daytona looks like it requires no cutting, also.

Yep, I use the skykings on my 99. No cutting BUT!!! they stick out so far that if the bike goes for a slide, you can kiss the side panel goodbye as they'll bend and pinch it.
The good side is that they will keep the really important stuff like the tank, radiator, etc, off the ground so to me, it's worth slapping them on. I'd also Highly recommend the rear sliders. They will keep the tailsection off the ground.
