Four different people complimented the Daytona yesterday. And after a full day of stop and go traffic with my ass and wrists hurting I still didn't want to get off at the end of the day. That howl is addictive. I'm likin' this Triumph thing...

Apart from being fantastic bikes, the sound that comes out of the pipes on my tiger is just sublime.
I had an underseat exhaust custom made for my tiger, it's not offensively loud but boy does it sing.

Yup. 4 guys, one with a Vstrom, one with a nicely restored triumph, two with nice 850 commandos. As soon as I rolled in they came over to look, and after permission a test sit. Nice guys.

1000 miles, 3day weekend, not wiped out. Got home, took the leathers off, and hopped back on to take it for a bath.

Yup, I like this Triumph thing, too.

Yep, it's a keeper... has it all performance, looks, character, name... and the killer exhaust note.
