Here's first look/listen to my new Blueflame - finally here at last! :-D
Had the headers ceramic coated too to complement the exhaust aesthetically but equally importantly to reduce the heat radiation.

Bike is a custom SpeedTona - started life as mild-mannered (but still fun!) T509 Speed Triple.
Now boasts a late model 147 bhp Daytona motor and GSXR front end as among the notable modifications.

Also good timing, my 1050 radiator arrived also this week so she's good to go! I'll probably paint or powder the radiator cowls - not crazy about the raw aluminum look.

First pics - something with better scenic background (like my signature) will follow later.
I really like the way it tucks right up next to the bodywork - I used to consider my 2BR pipe (in signature) was high-level, but really relatively only mid-level!)

(Click for larger images)

Here's a rough & ready first listen - will redo this when I have an extra pair of hands (i.e. the Mrs.).
This is with both baffles removed incidentally. Actually sounds louder/deeper in reality - maybe can reflect that better in a clip from behind.

that looks and sounds awesome. No popping either when you get off the throttle. Did you re-tune ? I still don't know if I like the way the can kind've turns outward? I'd prefer if it turned inward instead. But definitely a great job !!!

Has Ceberus 'Massive Midrange' (original) tune installed. I'm going to try all three of his variants for best starting point then adjust from there as necessary.
I agree on the orientation of the exhaust - hadn't noticed till I posted up the pics but made the same observation you did. I'm pretty sure I can rotate it slightly - it's literally only been on a couple of hours & haven't made any adjustments.
I think it maybe is exacerbated in the pic due to the lean angle of the bike & the terrain - in the garage with a bloick under the sidestand doesn't look quite so 'off' - more vertical.

edit: I just realized what you mean - I was thinking in the vertical axis but think you mean angled back in towards the taillight? Not so sure about that though - it is truly straight back right now - angled in would look off I think. Again, think the bodywork is maybe throwing off the perspective.

The exhaust/bike looks awesome--talk about a high-mount!! The powder coated header also does a really nice job of flowing with the chassis. It sounds great on the video, but I can't wait to hear it in person!
