I was just wondering what handlebar risers are available for my 2001 daytona 955i? Does anyone have any available or for sale? I drastically need to raise them up to take the strain off my wrists..(hands are still tingling after 3 days).

Thanks

Just be sure they give you bar end screws that will work with your weights.

If money no object, then Gilles Variobars are the most beautiful (& functional) thing out there - really nice engineering!

I almost bought a Daytona of that era & the options are not great - the interference factor with the fairing is major problem. There's not a lot of room to work with.

Heli brand bars have been working perfectly for me.

And I'm runnin without any bar end weights, just using plastic plugs.

Hi, You could try calling Convertibars they make some adjustable bars that have a lot of extra height. I managed to find a position (after fitting a longer front brake pipe) on My 900 that moved the bars up by about 4 inches and forward about 1.5 inches. This completely transformed the bike in terms of comfort.

They do do kits for some bike with specific instructions but I don't know if the 955 is one of them.

Regards, Andy.
