Anyone know of any High-performance camshafts for the 955i? I'm doing a valve job and I figured I might do a little upgrading while I've got them out...

Would be cool, but there seems to be a real shortage for these bikes in any aftermarket parts.

I haven't seen any for our bikes around. Not saying there isn't, but have been in quite a few sites and not seen any.

Also with Fuel Injection, you would probably have to tune as well to go with it. Just a thought.

Yeah, I've got a PCIII, so I could get a custom map. Looks like it's not an option though.

Anything else I should do while the shafts are out and have easy access to the innards?

fivehundo, Altering the lobe centers via adjustable cam chain sprockets was one of the methods I used with the Z1...way back when. Works well, but I haven't seen any ready made kits for any modern bikes. I had the Z1's slotted/milled.

I think the lack of over run, WRT the rev limiter shows how serious Triumph was concerning the piston's speed, acceleration and deceleration. Of course a van full of race engines makes this a moot point. :hammer:
