Hi

I have been after a seat cowl for my '95 D900 for a while. Any ideas of where I might get hold of one. Been checking ebay etc but no luck. Any help is appreciated. Cheers

eric,
Just keep an eye out on ebay, one usually appears every couple months or so. It's been a while since I've seen one (on ebay) so odds are one will pop up soon. I bought mine on ebay after searching for several months. If I see one I'll let you know.

cheers mate. Someone has suggested that I can still get one from Triumph, at a cost. May save the aggro of waiting around, getting it painted etc. E

that's true, I just can't pay full price for anything anymore if I can avoid it, but if ya gotta have it, ya gotta have it!

BTW, Newcastle is my favorite ale on tap, is the brewery near you?

nah, they moved the brewery across the river from Newcastle to a place called Gateshead. We only get it in bottles over here!

Try here. Let me know if they have it and if you have any problems getting it shipped to you. I have helped out a couple other riders in England and Australia to get thier parts. Good luck.

They lump - Triumph DAYTONA 900 & 1000 /SUPER III - together. I saw they listed the front fairing for the D12 separately but under seat humps there isn't separate listings? Does anyone know if the D12 is the same as Triumph DAYTONA 900 & 1000 /SUPER III ?
There is another company you can buy the whole rear section in fiberglass. I've never used them but I like their selection

http://www.airtech-streamlining.com/

You can get a whole tail section for about the same price... sans paint of course.

Yes the seat cowl is the same for all T3 Daytona models. All the body parts are interchangeable between the Daytona 900, 1200 and Super III. The earlier Daytona 1000 had a different body style but the seat cowl would still be the same.
