Ski: thanks for the reply but my fault-- I meant to ask about height adjustment. The low beams are directed too low for my taste--- only a few yards in front of the tire. Any idea?

I agree. They are definitely too low. The high beams seem good, but the low beams are just too low. I was thinking about wedging something in front of the top tab of the bulb itself, raising the visible light....hopefully!

Hey guys...the verticle adjustment is done the same way. You found the horizontal adjuster easy enough...it's outside and above the socket. Now look inside and below the socket and you'll see the verticle adjuster. You will have to insert the screwdriver through a hole in the metal bracket that the headlight assembly bolts to.

Thanks, Sprocket---- *****, I'm going to have to get bifocals!!!!!!!!! I couldn't see that in dim light.
