I picked up my '98 Daytona last week and its all stock except for signals windscreen and the pipe.

The pipe is what gets me, it comes out of the faring on the right side of the bike, up behind the peg and brake lever, across the swing arm and up and out the left side.

I've looked for what brand it is but there's no markings on the pipe or the can itself. I haven't been able to find anything else like it on the net so I'm asking you guys.

Thanks.

I fixed it so the Image would show up.

I am not sure, I have never seen one like that before.

It almost looks like an undertail that has been modded...like two systems put together. Doesn't look bad, just unnecessary length.

I can't see from the pictures but are there rivets holding the end caps on - if not then it's a Renegade - if there are rivets then no idea...

Ahh, just found the ad for the bike, I picked it up after it was traded for a CBR1000.

I'll ask him, thanks.

Looks like a South Bay Truimph pipe to me. I remember that they had 2 options- the underseat, and the one that you have that crosses over to the opposite side.
Send them an e-mail with the pic and see if it's theirs.

I like it, it shows off the lack of swingarm on that side.

ewolfkiel,

Just to let you know, I fixed the other image so people could see it. If you want to add and image, you can hit the black button below that says image and put in the url or put these brackets around it like so, exept I put a space in the img so it won't try and put an image up so you can see how it is done

By the way, that bike looks great.
