I have them and I like them. Install is easy. You don't have to remove the fairings but you can if you want to make sure. I didn't. As far as I can tell they will work well in a crash, though I haven't tested them, anyone confirm this

They took a little over a month arrive after I ordered them, but Dan from SkyKing was constantly keeping me updated on the status of my order, which I appreciated.

The install was painless...though I recommend have a second person there help.

Can't say much about crash protection...haven't tested them, and I don't intend to.

I have crashed twice on a smooth track with the skyking sliders....I have wore them down, ..they work ok on a smooth track..but can grab and flip your bike....mine just spun around...I have an 02 ce daytona...runs strong...but just so you know...if you lay your bike down oil from the motor goes up into your airbox and can detonate your heads...I have taken the hose that goes upto the airbox added a longer hose and run it out of the back under the seat. :hammer:
