I have not taken the time to really study this so do some measuring before purchasing your 200.
Your bike comes with a 6" rear wheel, a 200 should spoon on to your rim without much excitement. Where you may run into trouble with clearance to the swingarm. Take a close look at your rear wheel at it's widest part, normally where the tread and sidewall come together. Measure the distance from the tire to the swingarm, chain, splash guard, etc. Look for anything that is within 20mm from the edge of the tire. Depending on the manufacturer of the tire you choose, the width of the 200 will only be 10mm wider than the 190 (actual width will vary slightly from manufacturer to manufacturer). You need to be sure there will be a little "wiggle" room after the 200 is installed, I'd say no less than 10mm from any given obstruction.
Of course increasing your tire width is going to slow your handling. But, you talk as though that is not much of an issue for you.
Take some careful measurements and do what you need to do. I hope this helps. :-D
