Rino-going with the one from Targa from Speedworks.
I will let yo know when it arrives. I do have the Triumph carbon fiber tank pad, but I am going to put this one on the bike as well since I tend to use my knees when pushing the bike. I will send photos when it is installed!!

Brooksie,

If you're getting a tank cover so you can "tank steer" you might want to go with that nubby plastic stuff some racers are using as of late. Not sure of the name, but it's a thick plactic (clear) deal that sticks to either side of the tank where your knees go.

I have been looking at a tank cover, too, but am now torn with this new stuff, as it seems less likely to put scratches into the tank like a tank cover inevitably will.

Just a thought.

I saw it in an issue of Cycle World a few omnths back...the one where Cycle World sponsored one of their writers to race a near stock Gixxer. I recall researching them, and found that there was no specific kits (go figure) for Triumphs, however, they did have a generic "trim to fit" model.

I'll look it up and get back to you guys.
