Waking up the other morning with my bike laying on the ground... Somebody apparently attempted to lift the bike and ended up dropping it. When I lifted it up, I found the right foot rest/ rear brake assembly snapped off hanging by the cables and the fairing cracked.
The worst part is the is that whole brake assembly mount is part of the frame... Here comes the inevitable question. Where can I get a frame? Welding is out of the question... One, its an aluminum frame, and even if it was welded, it would never flex the same again. Does anyone know the location of a good salvage yard?
Second question...Getting another fairing could be easy enough, but matching that centenial green is a *****... Thinking of calling Triumph directly and getting the fairing already factory painted...Any other suggestions? Any help is greatly appreciated...
