do the stainless steel brake lines really improve braking, or do they just provide more feedback/feel?

The Daytona are steel braided, it is hard to tell because they have teh rubber sleeve over it. Best thing to do is get better brake pads. I believe alot of people like the EBC pads.

SS brake lines eliminate the expansion of the line when pressurized by the lever, hence, better "feel" and more pressure applied to the pucks.

Yep, we're spoiled 'cuz our Triumphs come stock with SS.

Hey Tech, EBC's site says most folks prefer the feel of organic pads. What is your experience?

Thanks, Ken
