Who's had what tyres ?

I have a 2002 daytona 955 which is presently fitted with
Bridgestone BT010's. These are now at the end of their working life so has anybody got any ideas.

Has anybody used Pirelli Diablo's? are they any good on this bike ?

How about price ? the best price for a pair so far is
120/70 ZR17
180/55 ZR17
£144.00
Can anyone do any better in the UK?

Thanks in advance and have a great time

I also have a 2002 955i, I just fitted, dunlop d208 front
and rear and have a completly differant bike, The dunlops heat up much faster and turn in faster with less
bar effort, than the stock bridgstones. Most of my riding is hard corners, backroads, not much straight line stuff.
They do wear out faster though. About 300.00 us. for the set. installed..

I'm currently running the Pirelli Diablo Corsa's on my 98 Daytona and don't have any complaints about them. If I lived where there were more curves they would be the only tires that I would buy. They stuck like glue in the first tight curve I went into and if I had a lesser tire on the bike it would have been slide out city. They wear out faster than others and cost a little more but great in the corners. I just bought the plain jane Diablo and hope it works just as well but with better milage.

I have run a couple of the Batlax's and the BT56 was the best one I ran on a GSXR1100 good mileage and plenty of grip for the money.

Just my Two cents. Hope it helps.
