So I bought a Leo Vince Titanium Exhaust for my tona. Do I need to change the fuel mapping or can I stick with stock for the time being? Or if I stick with stock will i damage something.

You need to get it remapped after putting that new can on. It wont hurt anything but it will definitely improve throttle response and stutters.
