So I went to my dealer to service my Tona the other day. As I'm waiting, he throws me the keys to a graphite grey 675 demo.
Having spent most of my riding years on middle weight Jap sports, I thought the new "skinny" Tona would be nice at best.
I throw on my gear, start the bike and immediately fall in love with the grumble of the exhaust. I throw a leg over top and take her through a twisty bit of roads and holy poop! THIS BIKES FRIGGIN ROCKS!
The torque of a triple, with the handling characterisitics of a GP two-stroke......WHOA! This thing was crazy nimble, super solid and holds a tight apex like a hot knife through butter.
My only complaints are 1.) the gauge cluster could be a little more user friendly, as the MPH is a little difficult to read, and 2.) nothing else to complain about!
If I win the lottery I plan on buying a Grey one and a red one....

Ski, Lucky you! The D675s here are selling as fast as they've been uncrated. Best I got was to sit on one (yep, sold). BTW, yellow seems to be the most popular color at my dealer.

I rode a red one. Nice bike but it's really small for me. It would be a blasty-blast on the track though....

I also had a chance to ride one at a dealer. Man, I felt like a monkey ***** a football, but that bike rocked! I agree on the sound and response. All were par for the course and I would buy one in a heartbeat, as a second bike.
I'm partial to the Graphite, though. :hammer:

Bradtx...YELLOW? Really?!?!? Wow, call me crazy, but I think that the Triumph yellow looks an awful lot like, well...urine.
Graphite Grey for me, too, please! I'd say red, but I wouldn't want my 955 to feel put out.... :-D

the one from SoCal? I saw it there while I was getting a remap, but opted to test ride the Rocket III.
If I went with the 675, I would too choose grey. I don't like red cars or bikes. And the yellow isn't like the yellow I have now. It is a wierd looking yeller to me.

I wish my dealer could keep one on the floor long enough to demo it.
