Just got back from a week and a half in the Vosges Mts . They are in Alsace. The bit of France that has see sawed between Germany and France over the centuries.

Pics are up in my Album if your interested.

Was good fun hustling the D1200 through Mountain hairpins. Even better fun showing its heels to the Honda Fireplace mounted member of our group.

:-D

Nice pics. It always amazes me what a great bike the Daytona is for long distance travel. I've not had a bad bike but i've usually needed some time by myself at the end of the day. It is the first bike I have owned that always keeps me coming back for more anytime.

I'll keep an eye out but you don't see many of those in the US. If you find one on ebay in the US let me know and I can help get it to you if the seller doesn't want to deal with the money exchange and shipping.
