B1lly, Keep track of which items were removed from where and here we go:

1. Remove the side covers and seat, disconnect battery.
2. Remove the hoses on the left side of the tank.
3. Remove the two bolts holding the tank.
4. Remove the two hoses on the right side of the tank by depressing the tang and pulling the connector out. Tank may weep at this point, have a rag handy.
5. Disconnect the two electrical connectors.
6. Lift tank out.
7. Disconnect electrical connector atop airbox.
8. Remove hoses (extra in front if secondary air injection).
9. Remove fittings at rear of air box and lift off.
10. Remove the coils.
11. Blow out the sparkplug's recess with compressed air.
12. Set plugs to .7mm/.027"
13. Install plugs and reverse the above.

If I've forgotten anything, someone will chime in. :-D

Now's a good time to replace the air filter. If you feel the need to replace the fuel filter, it's under the plate on the right side of the tank.

those instructions were just about perfect. Two things i would like to add having just done the job myself:

Before you start, make sure you have the super thin wall spark plug socket available I didn't so it all went back together while i hunted down the right socket. No garden variety craftsman or even proto or snap on will fit in the tunnel

The other thing that I recommend is if you have trouble getting the three airbox boots completely on the TB mouths, a little trick I have found is to open the airbox as though you were changing the air filter. then you can manipulate the boots by hand by actually reaching them. Also dont be surprised if when you take the airbox off you find that the middle boot was crimpede and never on correctly. i have heard others say this about the 02 tona and i found it to be so myself.

Other than that, i suggest being EXTREMELY careful with the fuel connector orings, and also having a few spares. See my earlier post regarding a cheap and readily available source for them if your dealer tells you some ***** about them being not available seperately like mine did!!!
