The rear suspension that I have on mine is a 46 HRCLS which lists for $1022.95 (uninstalled).
With the front forks, it really depends on what you want done. You could spend as little as $350 for an ohlins rebuild which I'm told consists of springs, valves and seals which is a lot better than OEM but not really great.
Keeping your original cartridges, I'm told you can get them revalved to use the 25mm valves, which is the same as they use in GP so I'm told. A buddy of mine with a ZX-10 just had that done to the tune of $4000. This makes your original forks as good as they can get.
New GP style forks (if you have a bike that will accept them) starts at around $8000 to a cost of something that will scare the hell out of $15000. Keep in mind that these prices are all not including labor and personal adjustments that must be made to the individual rider.
To be honest with you, I don't really need the ohlins but it came with the bike, so what the hell. :-D
Most of what I've just told you is word of mouth so it might not be 100% accurate. The price on the rear suspension of my bike is accurate though.
