Hey guys new here.....just wondering because i just cant seem to find one......where in the world can i find a passenger seat cowl so i can get rid of the stupid passenger seat which i never use!! Thanks for your help guys! :hammer:

either ebay on a hit and mis basis or a better source would be a Triumph dealer parts department. Online Ma's cycle is a good source for factory parts.

A lot of the seat cowls are exchangable from year to year. I think that even the '04s will fit on your bike, but I'd confirm elsewhere.

Any Triumph dealer should be able to order one for you. I just bought a 2005 cowl for my 2002 955I through McBride's in Toronto. Great Bay Motorcycles in New Hampshire also said they could get me one...they seem good to deal with...I've placed a couple orders for other stuff with them and always had prompt service and follow up.

Hmm. Wasn't aware that the 2002 and up cowls would fit :???: Thought the shape was different.
Otherwise, any seat cowl from a 97-01 Daytona or Speed triple will fit. They're all over e-bay.

Didn't the tail change shape in 2002?

You are right...cowl changed in 2002 and again in 2005. The 2005 will fit my 2002, but you are right in that I am not sure it will fit the 2000.
