Hi all- Just acquired a busted up 98 t-595. I dont have a key for the seat lock.

I found a seat lock for cheap, but it is from a 2001 sprint. Anyone know if it will fit? the service manual is in the mail, so i can't look it up, or i would.

It also includes a matching gas cap and ignition, both of which i have, but i'm assuming those are the same. Not sure on the seat lock though. If it's cheap i might just buy it.

Don't have a microfiche, either.

Same key should fit all 3.

Yeah, i know the key will fit.

I need to know if the actual lock mechanism from the 2001 sprint will bolt up to the daytona.
