EUROTWINS, Yes. We put the '04's cowel onto the '02.

For what it is worth....I just put a 2005 cowl on my 2002 aluminum silver 955I in December 2005. Even came painted in the 2002 silver. Looks sharp....lower profile than the original 2002 cowl. There is a rubber washer on the latch post that I needed to remove for the cowl to lock in place properly...no big deal.
