Just noticed after 2k miles on MHP high pipe that the tip coming out of the end cap is turning blue where it meets the end cap.Its not leaking exaust and bike runs perfect. Its the same blue as at the spring mountig weld. I never noticed it before,Anyone out there with a MHP that can comment? :???:

Same thing on my MHP high pipe. Not a problem - I think it looks cool!

I'll have to check that on mine MHP which came with the bike I just bought yesterday. Did you have to remap? How do like the sound of yours? I've only ridden mine a short time so far, and it didn't seem overly loud from stock; at least not obnoxiously loud like certain other pipes. The howl of the triple's induction system still prevails in the sound department!

The high mount looks nice and previous owner put offsetting spacers on passenger foot peg mount to avoid interference. The whole setup look very professional.

Btw, do you have any idea how much weight savings there is over the stock pipe? :-)
