Alan, The swingarm was slightly changed in '06, but is the same as the S3's.

Alan, Does your swingarm have a vertical seam on the LHS? If not the '05 and earlier hugger should fit.
Brad
PS We've made comparisons in the past on different parts and have had minor differences. Good luck.

Alan, Sorry, it must've been the cold meds...there's actually a horizontal groove not a vertical seam in the revised swingarm. Go to this webpage and look at the fifth picture from the top. That's the revised swingarm that I thought the '06> S3 hugger would fit. If there's no groove I'd think the '05 and earlier hugger will fit.

Gday Alan,
Did you end up getting your hugger? If so, who from, and how did it go?
Here's some photos of my swingarm. Is it the same as yours?
I was overly optimistic and ordered Powerbronze's hugger for '04 Daytonas -- it doesn't fit my '06. It seems that '06 Sprint ST might have the same swingarm, and Powerbronze do make one of them, but it's going to cost me around AU$100 to exchange the one I bought. If the one you got is okay, I might buy that and sell the other on eBay.
Thanks,
Nathan

daytona 955i 2006 hugger
hi nathan
I got my hugger off ebay but it was advertised as speed triple hugger ,it was an exact replica of the triumph original part and fitted spot on. The trader i used off ebay was called back-wheels from portugal it was made of carbon fibre and cost £70.I think you will find the genuine speed triple hugger off the 2007-2010 model will fit the daytona see if you triumph dealer will let you try one.Hope this helps cheers Alan

Thanks mate, your man's not selling any at the moment it seems. I'll call on our local dealer, but they're a pretty small shop.
Thanks again for your help.
Cheers,
Nathan
