are these just a waste of money?

Turn the setting to half way and quickly gain 7-9 horse power. Turn it to the max and expect to gain 13-15 horses. Want to keep it at stock settings? Simply turn the knob to the off mode.

Guess that means if I get 2 of them I'll have almost 30hp for $50.bucks

The really laughable part is the custom tuning dial - even if it really worked, what would be the point of setting it half-way?
