Is a sprint 1050 sharks fin the same mounting distance and fitment
as on an 2002 centennial 955i daytona?

I know the design of swingarm was change but is that purely cosmetic?

Matty, If you're talking about what I call a heel guard on the footpeg hangers, a definate maybe. For grins I checked for differences between the three D955is in the garage and two are the same WRT bolt hole spacing and the third is very close.

The SSSA design changed when it's manufacture moved to somewhere in the Orient. I've read that it is stiffer than the previous item.
