ZX12R calipers on 2004 Daytona????

I was reading somewhere that the 2000-05 zx12r front tokico calipers may fit on some of the Speed Triples. Does anyone know for sure, if they will fit on a 2004 Daytona 955i? Both bikes (kawi and 'tona) use the same diameter of rotor, but are all the other dimensions the same?
I'd just like to upgrade the front brakes on the 'tona.

Thanks,

They will not fit 97-04 Speed Triples nor 97-06 Daytona - they fit Sprints & T3 Speed Triples, which have a different pitch to the mounting bolts.
There is no known direct-replacement alternative OEM caliper for your series of Daytona.
If you want different calipers, you will need to go after-market.

ok, thanks for the info.
I guess I'll just have to keep the stockers and maybe just get some wave rotors and some HH pads for an upgrade.

mechmain, I recently cleaned the pistons (one was stuck in the caliper) and installed EBC HH brakes on the '04. Two fingers will lift the rear following break-in. Untill I do the same to the '98 I have to be careful switching between the two, and the '98's brakes are pretty darn good.

This was done last year on the '02, but didn't work out as well as on the '04. It was still light years better, tho'. Practice just make mo betta.
