I need a right side clip-on for a 99 'tona.. me and a buddy were strapping it down in the back of my truck and he hooked the strap to the grip and took off with the ratchet, and before i could stop him the fork tube clamp on the clip-on broke... if anybody has one lying around that'd be awesome, even just the clamp would work.

Try Triumphant M/C's, a UK-based Triumph breaker, if you want the genuine article (some Honda VTR 1000/Blackbird clips-ons are compatible too). I enquired about a pair last week for my 'Tona 12 and they were available, ex-stock.
