Doodle down and daytona written off
title tells the story really I am in a bad way and my wonderfull Daytona is scrap metal, full story is in the Biker hang out forum, whether I will ride again is all in the air right now, and as I have been in hospital for over three weeks and not seen my bike not sure what the damage really is but the poor old girl is really smacked about and chopped by the emergency services to cut me free.

I'll go to the Hang Out, but I just hope you're OK. You're a class act and a great part of this forum. You just get better. I know what it's like to loose the 955, but I am glad I'm ok and hope you are well. Get back up, find a good Daytona (lucky Brits can find 'em easier) and get back in the game ASAP.

Here's wishing you both a speedy recovery, and all kinds of bad karma on the fool who hit you DD, sounds like you would have come out of it a lot better if they'd stopped earlier. Thank you also for your service as a track marshall, motorcycle racing in the UK is in a lot better shape than it would be were it not for the likes of people like you giving up their free time.

Get well quickly, DD Sorry to hear it. You can worry about riding again after you heal up.
