Ventura Pack Rack

Hello,

Does anyone have this mounted on their daytona? I have one on my buell and love it, and want to mount one on my 02 centennial with wolf high mount exhaust. However, I am concerned about whether the L bracket will clear the wolf muffler bracket and the high mount muffler. Thanks in advance!

Go for it. I had the ventura rack with the triumph high rise can and would often carry up to 20kg on the rack. The only pic I have showing the mounts and the can is with my Nephews on the bike so you can't see all the rack properly, but you get the idea, the rack mounts are well clear of the can.

Thanks Dtona! I was worried about the fitment of the L bracket interfering with the exhaust can mounting metal piece (the piece that bolts up with the passenger footpeg).

Did the L bracket fit through the bolt on the same side as the mounting piece, i.e., mounting piece, spacers for the rack, and L bracket; or behind the bracket, right in front of the bolt?

I hope you can understand this question!

Sorry Mate. The bike is in the wreckers now and I can't remember if there were any spacers, but I'm pretty sure it was just bolted on the back of the clamp that holds the pillion peg bracket. I kept my old rack ready for when I buy another Daytona one day when the missus isn't watching. Here's some pic's, perhaps that might help you to work it out in comparison with your other bike.
