Unhappy High Hopes!

Well, I had high hopes of riding an extra month this year, but these damn Canadian winters come way too soon. Of course last year it was nice weather here until November, so this year I insured it for an extra month and look what happens.................

To all those still riding, please enjoy it... for me

Drakewn,

I will be thinking of you throughout my Winter riding. Last Nov. I made an 8 hour ride to Key West, Florida. Visited Earnest Hemmingway's house (now a museum), watched a Grand Prix speadboat race and, yeah, a few bars as well. It is a tough life down here, but someone has to do it

Yup! I tried to hide the tear that was forming but my wife laughed and made fun of me. And since I have a nice cowling to replace the passenger seat, anyone want to buy it? I won't be needing it next year, lol. She's not laughing anymore.

To JohnD: any jobs down there that require a power(steam) engineer? All i need is a place to park my travel trailer.
