Anyone have a solution for exhaust pipe guard so I don't burn my shoes on them?

**This isn't my bike, but it shows the same problem I have. They guy with this pic said he'd try to fabricate a little CF guard, but I wanted to see if any of you guys have done this before!

You can wrap the mid-pipe or use hose clamps and an aluminum guard. A lot of race shops sell a little aluminum plate for just that reason.

there are what they call header wraps for cars, which is material that you can wrap around the headers in a car to keep it cool.

im pretty sure it can be used on your bike as well =] covers any pipe, and keeps it cool=more performance (supposedly since keeping your engine cooler makes it last longer)
