It would be possible

The keys involve
1) splicing new connector to the OEM harness to mate with the digital cluster
(you can use a connector from a GSXR or similar headlight harness)
2) Installing a speed sender from 99-04 Sprint and wiring to the connector
3) custom circuit to drive the low fuel light (I have done this)
4) Validate/scale the temp signal as required.

And of course knowing how to do that!

Another alternative is to install a Sprint ST speedo in the tri-cluster and drive it with a Sprint Speed Sender. That will retain the OEM look but give you an electronic speedo.

Original instruments are sooo sexy, why change?
(I mean, is there any functional advantage on doing that?)

I think the tri-cluster looks good too, L007 - electronic is an advantage though; functionally you can then add speed healer to get more realistic speed indication.
The latter option suggested above gives best of both worlds.
You could also easily replace the analog temp gauge with a digital one also!

Well then, it would be nice to replace the speedo internals leaving the same graphics or either (donīt know how easy it would be) to recalibrate the original one. I heard that the error may be of 30 km/h, is that true?

Actually a GPS with a big digital speedometer would be even better. Perhaps a gear indicator would help too...
