Hi Tona94,
Are you sure the clutch hydraulics are bled properly? Can you shift from 1st to neutral? Can you engage 1st from neutral without stalling?
A bit more information would be great to help diagnose your problem.
Cheers,
Roden

94 Daytona 1200
Hey Roden
Thanks for your reply. I have bleed the line, perhaps not enough. I have no mech history on the bike, bought from the UK a few months ago. Replaced clutch assembly and slave kit. When first bought did not shift to 3,4,5,6 with out much effort. Checked oil to find mud, replaced and added a thiner, worked much better. Then started to notice that in 1st with clutch in, bike still pulled forward. After replacements, hardly any pull. Can shift into 1st from neutral without a stall, it just won't entre neutral (or 1st) from 2nd while running. Turned off for a while, slips into neutral without effort. I'm thinking that the hose is expanding due to age, so will replace...other than that???? Love this old beast and want to restore to original magic. I live in the south of Portugal, great roads, but not much in the way of expert Triumph help. Thanks again for your time.

Hi Nigel, I agree, replace the hose and thoroughly bleed the hydraulics again. After 15 years, that hose could be history!
It really does sound like the clutch is not releasing fully and since you noted improvement after your changes, I think you are on the right track.
If you want more advice on your model, post on the T3 forum, this is a great forum but is more aimed at the later, fuel injected bikes.
Cheers,
Roden

Roden, what are your thoughts on it being a worn or lose or disingaged selector drum stop wheel, could the spring be broken or it has backed off so it is not working? If so, how do I check.
Kindest
Nigel

Redly40,
You can find the master cylinder on www.BikeBandit.com in the U.S.A. Click below for direct link to D12 brakes.

I assume that you are in Queensland, Austrailia, but Bike Bandit will ship internationally. Per their site:
"International orders will be shipped by UPS. All duties, taxes and brokerage fees are included in the order total."
I have used this company myself without problems.
In the "Decal" thread now on page 1, NotADuc says that " During checkout you can enter triumphrat as a coupon code to get 10% off" on BikeBandit. Wish I knew that before!

Yep Guys qld is where we are...had some "freight" trouble with bikebandit..they sent us a kit but it "fell" outta the box that was very crapily packed and it took us a while to get that sorted..kinda made us feel like we were conin em.
I needed a detent ball for my bonny...the postage came up as ...wait for it...$111.00 for a ball bearing the size of a match-head ! will no longer deal with the states as thier "freight" is a real joke and a bad one at that.
They said they would "look into it" that was 3 months ago. I put it on thier facebk page as well...to very little avail.
We pulled the parts from UK the fantastic mob at [url]http://www.jacklilley.com
so much ..faster & cheaper as well.
