celsius to fahrenheit

New to Daytonas, and a question, please...
I received an '05 955i out of the crate recently. The temperature reads in degrees celsius. Can anyone tell me how to reset the readout for fahrenheit? thanks...Bob

Bob, Turn the key on, go to the clock and press reset and hold. The temp readout and the speedo will cycle through four different possible combinations (MPH, KPH, C and F). When the desired combo appears, release the button. To set the clock press select and reset at the same time 'till the hour flashs.

Thanks, Brad. The dealer told me roughly what to do, but it wasn't working till I figured out that I had to get the odometer displaying first, rather than the clock, and then the procedure would work. Yup, it's working for me now. thanks again.

Bob, How funny...mine only cycles with the clock displayed. Anyway, glad it's all sorted.

Just had to do this myself today - it's actually the 'select' button (not the reset) you hold to cycle through the Metric/Std options.

Thanks. I had to figure this out a few months ago, actually. But I think I'll store your reponse for the next time the battery is disconnected. Come to think of it....I just pulled the battery out the other day, to store it away for the winter! Guess I'll memorize this reset sooner or later! Merry Christmas, friend.
