I recently put Trident Pipes on my 08 America. Thought some of you might like a picture and video of them. Taken on my phone so poor quality. Great customer service and designed for the TBA.
Someone posted about shipping pipes to Texas and this being done for $100 I had asked a question about cross border shipping from Can. hassles taxes etc. anyone north of the 49th know the answer?
G`day
I Have this really cool Speedmaster thats low as with heaps of mods but now i am relocating the front turn signals and mounted them on the forks under the headlight, on the throttle side i have cut off the white plug and pulled through the wiring loom the the green/yellow wire and black/white wire and soldered straight into the the turn signal and looks cool with heatshrink over and the signal works great!. BUT my problem is on the clutch side THERE IS 2 SETS of green/yellow wires joined together in the loom and its freaking me out!
CAN SOME ONE HELP ME WHY THERE IS the 2 sets the same? were does the other go to.
Would appreciate anyones help thanks.

Thanks so much for the diagram but i still can not pull these green/yellow wires through the loom, my last resort is to slice the loom straght down and i'm sure the problem will be expossed then.
Cheers
G'day
Just installed a pair of Kuryakyn halogen bullet rear turn signals with a pair of relocating bolts to mount to the fender struts on my speedmaster Beast an looks COOL but had to extend the original earth wire back to the signal bolts and glued the wires under the fender, conected the battery back in and tested all, the front signals worked for 2 seconds an blown the 10 amp fuse, try again with 15 amp fuse and blown strait away,
CAN ANY ONE HELP WHY THIS IS HAPPENING?
Cheers
WEZ
Hi Wez,
I think is a bad idea to put a higher amp fuse than specified. The problem seems to be a short somewhere on the installation. Are you sure you haven't mixed ground wires with live ones?
Cheers Man
Yes i did have the live and ground wires mixed up, what a dick! BUT WHY, the new Kuryakin signal have only 1 black wire which is the live wire and my original signals have a black and green wires, me thinking green is earth and black is live, NO its the opposite, ( who would think the earths black, i should have listened to AC/DC Back in Black not Bob Marley ) And now works like they should.
Thanks again.

Has anyone added mid-foot pegs in addition to the America's forward controls? I think it would be great to change my foot position once in awhile or to stand up going over pot holes.
I have floorboards on my 2011 America. It lets me move my feet around, but they are still too far forward to stand up on. Much more comfortable than the original pegs.
I have been searching for a chrome kickstand for my 2011 America. It probably came with one, but I know the dealer I purchased from does a lot of 'swaps'. (The sissy bar and luggage rack that was on a pacific blue "America Classic" with the wind shield, etc. left on my bike).
I've searched and googled and no luck. Seems like it should be an easy thing to find but no luck. My ugly black kickstand is kind of a bummer.
Hey Sonny. I been thinking about putting new fork springs and some gaiters on my 03 Speedy. What all did you get specifically for that mod, and was it a tricky job at all?
Ill look them up and shoot you the link...It wasnt hard at all.
