I would think they would fit and work without any problem outside of you would still need to change the jets for a larger value.
I had TORs from a carb model on my EFI 09 without issue. They were basically straight through pipes but with a small diameter perforated core pipe.
Im also looking to fit TOR to my carb america. Im not clued up on jetting. How would I know what size jet to go for. Is it just a case of fit the new jet or do any other adjustments need to be made?
Selecting jet size depends on your configuration.
Are there any air intake changes from stock like removing the snorkel or adding a bellmouth? Any air box modifications or has it been removed? And of course muffler changes.
I took a look on the cruiser classified and don't see any TORS listed for the America. As far as the EFI versus carb question, have you checked to see if the part number remained the same? I can tell you the part number does not change for carb versus EFI Bonneville TORS that I recently checked into.
