Hello Everyone!
I've been reading a lot of threads on here and was hoping for a little guidance with an issue I am having. Intermittently (more often than not) the left cylinder on my 2008 America (carbed) is cutting out. Here is what I know:
The issue does not appear to be oil related as there is no blue smoke.
While this is happening, and I am at a stop sign, I can smell fuel coming out of the exhaust.
I've taken the bike to two different triumph dealerships (more on that later) and both have said that the carbs looked great.
Both shops have changed sparkplugs to no avail,
Supposedly the leads for the ignition coils have been swapped and the problem stayed, but I am going to confirm that.
Supposedly the ECP is good, but, again, needs confirmation
there is air coming out of the exhaust, but there is a crossover in the system.
I will gladly appreciate any ideas of where to look or if anyone else has experienced this type of issue.
