I put a Todd's cycle clamp on mine (dog bone http://www.toddscycle.com/n_parts/n_...rs_risers.html) The stock riser is a thru bolt (no threads) on the top triple tree...so you take a drill 9/16" (1/16" bigger than the bolt) and drill out the existing hole in the top triple tree
