Try this one - http://www.tecbikepartsusa.com
It's where I ordered mine from.

KRyder, I checked out that site and really like the idea of the lift handle. Can you tell me where that is mounted on the America ?

Sorry, I have a Bonneville, not an America. I think I saw a picture of one on an America and I think one of the mounts was the top bolt of the shock, and the handle was more or less horizontal, but the memory is kind of fuzzy.

I just went into the garage and eye balled my America to get an idea of how that lift handle would work. I can see where it would fit from the top of the shock to a bolt on the back of the fender, however, my saddle bags would preclude it from fitting there. It did give me an idea of how I can have a handle made that would fit. Thanks for the info.

I just got mine. I tried to check for fit, so far it looks like is might hit an standard exhaust bracket. When it stops raining, I'll try to install it. I'll let you know how it goes.
I have a base 2010 Bonneville.

I have the Norman Hyde centre stand and grab handle fitted to my '11 America. Works a treat. I do use a wood wedge at the rear wheel for better leverage 'cause I'm only 5'6" and 154lbs!

Do you also have the side kickstand installed, Alan?

I got the TECBike Parts stand and put it on. Other than needing a very short allen wrench, it was simple. The fit is perfect. However getting it on the stand takes some effort!

By the way, you need both stands! Only having a center stand would not be practical.
