Does the 2002 Triumph America have and obd11 plug?

Yes, its just underneath the seat. Take seat off and plug will be sitting right on top of where the air filter goes.

sorry I missed the 2002 part of that. My 09 has one under the seat but im not sure about your 02, check under seat anyway if you havent already.
