Kuryakyn Raptor Sissy Bar

So, could anyone enlighten me on how easy / difficult it would be to mount this on my '07 America? :

I don't think the width is correct.

It'd be some work to get it to fit. Listed after all the specific HD stuff it fits, it says

"Most applications that accept a standard H-D style backrest with 8-3⁄4” wide mounting position. The mounting holes are 1-1⁄4” center to center with 1⁄4” -20 tapped threads."

Based on the width of the fender, you'd have to build brackets that step in a bit on each side to fit the width.

I would imagine it could be fabbed up to be bolted on, but it won't be a direct bolt on like the triumph kit is (which is what I ended up buying as I couldn't find another one).
