evening all,

i need to remove one of my front downpipes. the chrome has got a mark on it and i need to remove the downpipe to get it fixed up or either replaced. i went to have a go at removing this pipe today, removing the muffler/exhaust is simple however i am stuck on how to remove the downpipe.

anyone got any tips? i've looked in the service manual but haven't been able to work it out from there.

Remove the two 12mm nuts at the flange on the head, and the 8mm allen bolt from the lower mounting bracket. That's all there is to it...
